Our Community Goals
Short term
Begin interfacing with the Warhorn community
Update the Volunteer Agreement to plain-language format for 2025, incorporating feedback from volunteers
Begin fundraising initiatives to cover operating expenses
Continue working on governing documents and release them as they're finalized
Mid-term
Foster relationships and organized play programs with additional publishing partners
Work with volunteer community to determine what needs we can fill or coordinate (e.g., shared resources, new volunteer orientation)
Build an OPF Discord community
Longterm
Continued maintenance and support of Warhorn and its community
Workshop other ways we can give back to the community
Our Financials
The only current or planned source of funding for OPF is donations. OPF is a 501(c)(3) organization. Currently donations pay for hosting and related fees for Warhorn and the OPF website. They also allow us to manage our legal contracts with both gaming companies and volunteers. We have no paid staff nor do any board members get compensation. All donations go only into funding these OPF operational costs.
